These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Delivery Terms

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. If the delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please reach out to our Customer Service.


Shipping Costs

We never Charge Handling Fees on orders, regardless of the order total, no minimums. 

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders of $125 or greater to addresses in the Continental United States (Hawaii & Alaska Excluded). To qualify for free shipping , your cart must equal $125 or more, not including sales tax or other fees. Sales Tax is collected when applicable in accordance with the law. We reserve the right to end free shipping at any time. 

For orders under $125 shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Change Of Delivery Address

Once an order is placed we cannot change the delivery address. In this case, please cancel the order and place a new order with the correct shipping address.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a physical address for the order to be shipped to.

Items Out Of Stock

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is picked up by the carrier, from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied based on the State the order is shipping to and the rate set by that State.
