Every Tagelus filter comes equipped with a top-mounted, six-position multiport valve, offering easy control of all filter functions. Moreover, our filters are bolstered by a special lateral design. This innovation ensures superior flow characteristics and lengthier filter cycles, making operation highly economical.
Engineered to withstand a maximum operating pressure of 50 psi, these filters perform optimally even at an internal water temperature of up to 104°F (40°C). This high tolerance to pressure and temperature makes them ideal for a broad range of applications.
For your convenience, our filters incorporate a combination of water and sand drain, facilitating swift servicing and winterizing. Available in 40, 50, and 60D models, each comes standard with a durable plastic clamp.
At the heart of the Tagelus filter is a time-proven internal design that exposes water to a maximum surface area of sand. This results in outstanding filtration performance and efficient backwashing. The flow system design also assures maximum run times between backwashing, saving you time. To cap it all, each tank is coated with a UV-resistant finish, promising years of uncompromised service.
